Rush Hour

Code Master

This highly-recommended puzzle is a fantastic combination of developing logical reasoning with the rules of computer coding. Puzzlers must write a code using the Script booklet and their game pieces that will direct their avatar to the end-goal portal, collecting crystals all the way. With each challenge outlining exactly how many lines of code must be used for the solutions, puzzlers have to think creatively about how to navigate each level to achieve victory!

Laser Maze

Laser Maze is a guaranteed favorite! Another outstanding puzzle from Thinkfun, this "beam-bending logic game" challenges you to place mirrors and targets strategically on the board such that the laser hits every piece and reaches each target. The actual laser light offers immediate feedback to the player about how their strategy is unfolding. There are 60 challenges in all!

Chocolate Fix

This puzzle is a great introduction to Sudoku style puzzles, especially for puzzlers with an aversion to math and numbers. The player must use the provided clues to deduce how to make the arrangement of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry desserts. Just be careful - you may find yourself craving chocolate as you master these challenges!

Clever Castle

Similar in logic style to Chocolate Fix, Clever Castle is a puzzle designed for the youngest of puzzlers to learn step-by-step how to combine clues. Puzzlers must figure out how to combine different 3x3 grids that contain pictures of knights, princesses, and dragons to deduce where each guest will sit for a castle party. Created by ThinkFun, Clever Castle is geared towards students ages 5-7 but can be played by even younger eager puzzlers!

Block by Block

This is a great puzzle for on-the-go brain-power growth. With just seven differently shaped blocks and sixty challenge cards, the puzzler is challenged to decipher how a single complicated structure breaks apart into smaller segments. Block by Block is also a great puzzle for helping students develop spatial reasoning skills as they examine, flip, turn, and combine each playing piece. Color Code

Created by Smart Games, the goal of this puzzle is simple: re-create one of 100 different designs using transparent tiles with different colored shapes on each one. But each design becomes more and more complex to recreate, challenging the puzzle to think carefully about how to stack and orient each tile to achieve their goal. This highly recommended puzzle is recommended for players as young as 5 years old, and its Master-level puzzles are sure to challenge even advanced puzzlers!

Control Tower

Another great puzzle created by Smart Games, players of this puzzle must determine how to fit six transparent tiles into the grid, each piece with a single airplane upon it. Puzzlers must use the clues on each challenge card to determine the placement of each airplane in the sky. The challenge cards become more difficult as they introduce flight paths, radar, and runway traffic into the mix!
